About AMAR Centre for Mindfulness and Human Thriving

AMAR’s mission

AMAR Centre for Mindfulness and Human Thriving is an organisation devoted to mindfulness training and education, counselling and optimum human functioning. He works in private practice as well as provides mindfulness-based stress reduction services for businesses and the larger community in South East Queensland. Gustavo, the founder and director, has a Postgraduate Qualification in Psychology and Master’s level training in evidence based therapy modalities and counselling skills.

Gustavo wanted to ensure their events, courses and retreats were being seen by a broader audience and weren’t sure where to start. AMAR offers a wide range of events, such as day retreats, 8-week programs, free and paid workshops, and luxury weekend retreats. Funneling the right people to the right events and making sure that the funnel is always filled at all time, can be quite full-on for a small operation.

This is why AMAR chose to collaborate with the team from Four Drunk Parrots to assist with their events promotion and ensure it would run effectively and smoothly.

How did we help

 

Founder, Gustavo, came to Four Drunk Parrots in 2018 for marketing direction and strategy.
He is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and an Associate of Openground Training and Consulting, a nation-wide training organisation that offers professional training in the well-researched Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week program (MBSR) and other mindfulness programs.

To achieve AMAR’s goals Four Drunk Parrots created branded imagery, helped with lead nurturing, upsell strategies, social media marketing and of course advertising to fill the digital sales funnel.

Most importantly, we provided strategic guidance and listened to the Amar team and their wonderful ideas and helped them find the right channels to distribute these ideas through.
