What’s 4DP’s new Net Promoter Score (NPS score)?

We believe it is an essential part of business to know how our clients feel about our services so we can continually improve and create better marketing for our clients.

We recently conducted a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to collect feedback from our clients where we asked them to score us on a scale of 0-10. Find our more about what an NPS survey is here, or see how we performed in our previous NPS survey here.

When looking at NPS results, a score above 20 is desirable and above 50 is excellent. To determine our NPS score we asked our clients the following question…

On a scale of 0-10, how likely is it that you would recommend Four Drunk Parrots to your friends, family or colleagues?

We had an outstanding score of 75 and we’re very happy with the results!

In terms of improving, over the past six months we’ve had some great milestones worth celebrating that we’d like to share with you.

After beginning the journey of becoming a B Corp over twelve months ago, we are now officially Climate Neutral Certified. On top of this fantastic milestone, we are also the first Climate Neutral accredited company in the Northern Rivers.

In terms of using our marketing services as a force for good, we have never been as mindful as we are now, and we will continue to empower businesses to do the same.

In the last few months, we have also added two new birdies to the flock. Lara and Maddie come with natural talent in marketing operations, an excellent eye for detail and plenty of fresh ideas. We are pretty amazed by our two new Marketing Associates!

As we carry on through 2021, we would like to give a huge shout out to our clients, shareholders, and supporters. We greatly appreciate the support we’ve received and we’re excited to make this year another remarkable one.
