The Marketing Specialist will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer as well as Marketing Manager and plays a vital role in the day to day operations of the marketing department. You will be responsible for actively engaging customers and influencers within the social environment for 4DP’s clients.
You will be required to assist with the development of marketing campaigns as well as liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure all relevant information is communicated efficiently to and from the marketing department.
This role is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in online as well as offline campaigns which include but are not limited to research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. You will be someone with energy and creativity that has a good understanding of media Australia-wide and excellent communication skills.
Highly relevant tasks include, but are not limited to:
supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs
commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
Additional tasks may include:
analysing data to develop marketing strategies and plans
developing ideas for marketing campaigns
liaising with external vendors and agencies
providing advice on digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing, and associated analytics
Additional preferred qualifications:
Diploma of Advertising or equivalent
Hubspot certification in Inbound Marketing & Contextual Marketing
Diploma of Graphic design or equivalent (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
Google Adwords certified
Facebook Blueprint certified
Project and time management skills
