We are excited to announce that our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results are in! Every three months we ask our clients to complete a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey which asks the simple question:
“On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend Four Drunk Parrots to your friends, family or colleagues?”
When looking at NPS results, a score above 20 is desirable and above 50 is excellent. For this quarter Four Drunk Parrots had an outstanding score of 71 and we’re thrilled! But we’re not resting on our laurels, we’re working hard to improve how we provide clients with the ‘4DP Experience’, with the aim to score above 75 in our next NPS survey.
As part of our NPS survey we also give our clients the opportunity to provide us with personalised feedback about how we deliver our services, and they had some wonderful things to say about us!
